Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your GoHard Nation Gear.
All Returns & Exchanges must be received within 14 days of date of receiving order.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, we offer FREE exchanges for all domestic customers. We will cover the new shipping cost of the exchange. You are liable for the cost of returning your item. We recommend returning your order via your local postal service on a standard service. Please keep all postage receipts, just in case your order is lost in transit.
If you would like to return an item, we can apply a credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.
If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label for our U.S.
* Please note, that all items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.
To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.
You can contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or the credit to your account.
Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene and wear and tear.
